To meet the local community’s needs, the Minibus Agency has made its pricing policy as flexible as possible. There are 2 main rates for Group Transport, the hour/mileage rate and the day rate.
Please note, that to provide safety and comfort to our passengers, luggage should be kept in mind when booking. i.e. an 11-seater minibus may not be suitable for 11 passengers with luggage included.

Most group bookings are inclusive of fuel.
Our drivers are trained volunteers who give up their spare time and are vetted through the DBS.
The cost of comprehensive vehicle and breakdown insurance is included in the costs. However, members are liable for the first £350.00 excess on any claim against our vehicle insurance.
